Spider-man Superhero Birthday Party

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

By Gail Leino Is there a Spiderman lover in your household? Do they happen to have a birthday coming up soon? If so, a Spiderman theme party is just the perfect thing to do. Planning a Spiderman is easy to do, and any party supply store can help. The party goers will most likely be young and male. There can be other variations, however, the majority are young boys and will like lots of Spiderman activities. To get the guests in the mood, send out Spiderman invitations. There are packages that have all the invitations, plates, napkins and cups which all coordinate in one large grouping. Buying the pieces individually is also an option. Balloons, streamers and wall decorations are also made, and your budget is the only limiting factor. Games to play for the kids could include Spiderman themes or regular birthday games. Make time to open the presents and eat a Spiderman shaped cake. Musical chairs, pop the balloons and everyones favorite, a Spiderman piata filled with candy. Bags to send home with the guests full of goodies are made to match your party theme too. If you have an older crowd, you could venture into spider games. Make a mystery that only Spiderman and his greatest fans can solve. If the crowd is into spiders, give them trivia questions on spiders. Name movies, songs and cartoons where spiders are characters. Use the movie Spiderman and create trivia questions, or just watch the movie for entertainment. Prizes can be Spiderman favors that come from any party supply store. Stickers, tattoos, bubbles, whistles and plastic trinkets are all great favors and come in many styles and prices. Candy is also an option for treats, and comes in Spiderman containers or wrappers. Spiderman books or comic books as favors would also add to a well-rounded theme. Spiritual Hearing

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

By Mark E. Baker I would like to talk about what hearing really means in the Bible. The Word declares that faith comes from hearing. Romans 10:17. So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. The Word is telling us we have to hear before we believe. We often ask God for faith, but that is not what the Bible says. It comes from hearing and hearing the Word of God. Often times we have to hear something over and over before we get the revelation of it. Thats what the Word is saying when it says faith comes by hearing and hearing. No where in the Bible does it say that faith comes by praying, or faith comes by fasting. It comes only by hearing and hearing the Word of God. Praying and fasting are both certainly scriptural, and I’m not minimizing their importance, but they do not create faith. If you can hear the Word of God, you have the opportunity to believe. I’m not talking about the natural kind of faith that comes from the senses, I’m talking about the kind of faith that comes from our heart, or our spirit. This is the first step in receiving God’s promises. We see example after example of this in God’s Word. The process of the new birth comes this way as well. Romans 10:13-14. For “whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? The question being asked is; how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? The answer to that question is they can’t. You did not get born again without hearing the Gospel message did you? God gives us the ability to believe Him when we hear His Word. The promise comes when we act on what we have heard and believed. You see, we all have the right to choice. We all have the right to act on what we have heard and believed. God will respect our right to go to hell if we want. The question I would like to ask is, why would anybody want to? Deuteronomy 30:19. I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; It is our choice to choose life or death. God even tells us the right choice, He tells us to choose life. He can lead us to the truth but he can’t make us partake of it! He can only prompt us by the Word and His Holy Spirit. We have to step into the light, we have to be obedient to what we have heard. We have to act on the faith that is produced when we hear. The Word tells us Jesus went about teaching and healing. Jesus was producing faith in them by teaching them the Word. Faith has to come before you can receive healing, just like faith has to come before you receive Jesus as your Savior. You have to hear what the Word has to say before you receive either one of them. Faith for healing comes the same way. If you don’t believe healing is part of the redemptive work of Christ, dont worry you’re not going to receive divine healing. God is not going to force it, you have to choose it. I am not saying this to be offensive, I just want you to see the importance of this. Jesus taught every where He went, and He healed every where He went, right? Let’s look and see what the Word has to say. Mark 6:1-6. Then He went out from there and came to His own country, and His disciples followed Him. And when the Sabbath had come, He began to teach in the synagogue. And many hearing Him were astonished, saying, “Where did this Man get these things? And what wisdom is this which is given to Him, that such mighty works are performed by His hands! “Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?” And they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives, and in his own house.” Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. And He marveled because of their unbelief. Then He went about the villages in a circuit, teaching. Jesus taught as He always did, yet He could not do any miracles or mighty works there. The Bible does not say He would not, it says He could not do mighty works there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. One translation says; He laid His hands on a few who were out of health and cured them. Some have said Jesus was the Son of God He could anything He wanted. Its true, Jesus was, and is the Son of God, yet according to the Word we just read, He couldnt over ride their unbelief. They did not receive Him or the message He gave. The Word goes on to say that He marveled because of their unbelief. They would not receive His teaching; another way of saying this is, they would not hear the words that He spoke. That is the same as saying they would not receive Him. If we are rejecting His words we are rejecting Him. There is great importance put on God’s words, we should take heed to hear them. If we will not hear His words, we are not going to receive from Him. There is no way to get around it. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God. Proverbs 2:1-5. My son, if you receive my words, and treasure my commands within you, so that you incline your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; yes, if you cry out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding, If you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures; then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God. We have a part to play in this, God is giving us instructions on how to receive his promises and be successful. Many people believe that blessings will just fall on us as God sees fit. Yet, He is telling us we must receive, we have our part to play in receiving. God never forces His will upon anybody. If that were the case we would all just get saved and go to heaven, yet we know this is not what the Bible teaches, we all have to receive salvation. We know that salvation is God’s will, for the Word says that He is not willing that any should perish, but all should come to the knowledge of repentance. We know even though this is God’s will, not all are going to get saved. If we won’t receive the message, we will not get receive the new birth. God does not over ride our free will. We are free moral agents. We have to receive all the blessings of God in this same way. I believe hearing, is an integral part of receiving any of God’s promises. I would like to look at a few scriptures in the Gospels and see this principal at work. Everywhere Jesus went, it seems, there were a few who stood out, these were people who did something above and beyond what others were doing, these people were written into the Gospel message as an example to us. There were times Jesus would tell people, your faith hath made you whole! Lets look at a few of these. (There are many more, I encourage you to do a study on this yourself.) Mt:9:29: Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith, be it unto you.Mt:15:28: Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.Mk:10:52: And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.Lk:17:19: And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.Lk:18:42: And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee. Healing all that came to him in faith. As the scriptures we just read say. Jesus came along and demonstrated the reality of the Word of God. For the first time, these people saw the reality of their Covenant, and responded in faith! And received the blessing for it. You had to hear the salvation message preached before you could get saved didnt you? Faith comes by hearing. It works the same way for all of God’s promises. You have to hear the Word first, and then receive it. Mk:5:25-34. And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. And he said unto her, (Daughter), thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague. Jesus called her daughter because, she was a daughter of Abraham, and she had a right to the blessings that God had Promised Abraham through the Covenant He made with him. Let’s break these verses down and see what this woman did that was different, and got her written into the Gospel message for all time. The first thing the Word of God says about this woman is that she heard of Jesus. Hearing created faith. Faith comes by hearing. She spoke faith. She lined her words up with what she believed. She said if I may touch the hem of his garment, I shall be healed of the plague. She acted on her faith. She made her way through the crowd and touched His garment. She received. She felt in her body that she was healed of the plague. She proclaimed it. She fell down before Him and told Him all. Then Jesus said an amazing thing, He said (Daughter), thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague. He said her faith made her whole. He did not say His own faith made her whole, Jesus who can not lie said her faith did it. As a matter of fact He didnt even know what had happened until He had looked around, and proclaimed; who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. There arent any other recorded miracles in this portion of Scripture only hers. She acted above and beyond the others to receive her healing. We see that first of all she heard, then she spoke, she acted, she received, and she proclaimed, and Jesus said her faith made her whole. There is a lesson in this for us all, if we will only receive it. The new birth starts this way as well. If you haven’t received the new birth and want to know you are a child of God then I would like to invite you to meet Him right now, all you have to do to come into a personal relationship with Him is pray this prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Your word says, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. (Jn.6:37), So I know You wont cast me out, but You take me in, And I thank you for it. You said in your Word, “whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Ro. 10:13).I am calling on Your name, So I know You have saved me now, You also said, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. (Ro.10:9,10).I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe He was raised from the dead for my justification. And I confess Him now as my Lord, Because Your Word says, with the heart one believes to righteousness and I do believe with my heart, I have now become the righteousness of God in Christ. (2 Cor. 5:21),And I am saved! Thank You, Lord!I can now truthfully say, I see myself as a born again child of God! Glory to God! Amen I was raised Catholic, and was born again at the age of 17. I received God’s call into ministry at the age of 19 and began to prepare for ministry. I graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1979. The Lord has called me to teach. My desire is to help all that are seeking to come into a deeper understanding of what God has done for us through Christ Jesus and I have started a web site for this purpose called The Olive Branch; Please visit us for more free studies and resources to help you on your journey.Mark Bakerhttp://www.olivebranchministries.us Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Mark_E._Baker http://EzineArticles.com/?Spiritual-Hearing&id=327458 buy phentermine online saturday delivery buy phentermine in canada phentermine 30mg without prescription phentermine union pharmacy

Protein Diet - What Does It Mean For Your Body?

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

By Jeff Smith To really understand the impact of a protein diet, it’s important to know how it affects and interacts with your body. When we speak of your muscles, glands, and organs, they are mainly made up of protein. Indeed the two major components making up our bodies are water and protein. So, why all the fuss about protein diet? There is definitely a link between enhancing muscle and protein since muscle is largely composed of protein. So the argument goes, protein diets help in muscle growth which in turn, helps to fight fat. Just as there are good and bad fats and carbohydrates, there are different categories of proteins as well. Proteins are composed of amino acids, and the human body requires 20 such amino acids for it’s normal growth and development. When considering a protein diet, it is important to know that certain foods carry proteins containing essential amino acids which are NOT produced by the body itself but ARE essential to the body’s processing of the other 12 non-essential amino acids. What does all this mean? Your protein diet must include foods that not only provide non-essential amino acids, but more important, must include foods that supply your body with essential amino acids. Foods you should consider for your protein diet include: broccoli, spinach, walnuts (or many other nuts), beans, lentils, pastas, and barley. Is Weight Loss Surgery The Answer?

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

By Carl DiNello While weight loss surgery can be an effective method for someone who is obese, when it comes to a safe, and effective long-term weight loss program, nothing can beat a sensible diet along with regular exercise. However, for someone who is obese and has that condition complicated by the inability to maintain long-term willpower, an undesirable genetic disposition, or possibly even a disease, diet and exercise just isn’t enough. It is very likely that someone in this position has learned that fad diets never work for the long-term, nutritional supplements only help minimally, and weight loss surgery may be their only hope. As with any type of surgery, having surgery to lose weight must be judged by it’s potential effectiveness, what risks are involved, and what are the possible side effects. Surgical techniques for weight loss have improved significantly over the past few decades. Today, most are quite effective and can result in substantial weight loss. This weight loss is the result of restricted caloric intake caused either by consuming less food, or by lesser absorption of the food that is eaten. One of the earliest, and most familiar forms of surgery to help with weight loss is gastric bypass surgery. This surgery involves the removal of all or part of the stomach, and the reconnecting of the digestive system. Originally, this weight loss procedure was extremely dangerous, and although the procedure has evolved it still carries considerable risk, and is no longer considered to be the preferred method. Post-surgery requires the taking of vitamin and mineral supplements due to the high risk of nutritional deficiencies, and possible disease. Another common form of surgical technique, that has also been around for years, is stomach stapling. Initially, this too was considered to be highly dangerous. Although, this technique has become much safer in the past 10 years it still involves a substantial amount of risk. Rather than remove a portion of the stomach, this procedure uses specialized surgical staples to clamp off a portion of the stomach. In many cases this can be accomplished with laparoscopy, requiring only a small hole for the surgeon to do the job. The net effect of any surgical technique for weight loss is to reduce the size of the stomach, resulting in a more rapid feeling of fullness. This reduction in stomach size causes the patient to take in fewer calories by consuming less food. The patients body will now turn to it’s supply of stored fat for energy resulting in weight loss. An improved form of this surgery is called Lap Band surgery and involves installing an adjustable band around the stomach. This procedure eliminates the need for the surgeon to puncture the stomach, making it possible for any necessary adjustments as the patient loses weight. Lap Band surgery is generally considered to be safe, and the procedure may be done on an outpatient basis. This procedure is a minor inconvenience to the patient, but is expensive with health insurance companies increasingly refusing to pay for it. This procedure, as with any surgery for weight loss, will require close, regularly scheduled medical observation to insure it’s success, and to maintain the health of the patient. While most of us are familiar with the term bariatric surgery, when referring to weight loss surgery, there are actually many names for the various procedures. Some of these names would be Biliopancreatic Diversion, Vertical Banded Gastroplasty, Adjustable Gastric Band, Sleeve Gastrectomy (with or without Duodenal Switch), Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, and others. Anyone considering this type of surgery must give careful thought when weighing the risks and benefits. If you believe that weight loss surgery is your best option, consulting with an experienced surgeon is essential. Speed up Metabolism

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

By P. Mehta Metabolism is essentially the speed at which our body’s motor is running. The speed at which our body burns calories is called the metabolic rate. It’s how fast your “motor” is running when you’re still in a reclined position or sleeping. About 60-75% of energy is expended by the body at rest in such activities. The metabolism is based on the number of calories we burn throughout the day. Our body constantly burns calories to keep us going whether we are eating, sleeping, cleaning etc. People with a lower percentage of body fat (i.e. muscular) have a higher metabolism than others that are less muscular because muscle uses more calories to maintain itself than fat. Some people have a slower metabolic rate and have a harder time staying slim. Younger persons have higher (faster) metabolism because of the increased activity of cells. A slow metabolism actually causes to store fat. The slower the metabolic rate, the greater the weight gains. How to build muscles to improve metabolism? What type of exercise is ideal that speed up metabolism so that you burn calories even at rest or sleep? There are simple exercises that speed up the metabolism. Causes for Low MetabolismFastingA low calorie dietSnacking throughout the day on high sugared foods (candy, colas, cakes, gum).Eating or drinking too much sugar containing foods.Lack of physical activity.Underactive thyroid. Metabolism Boosters There are some natural metabolism boosters (natural foods) that improves your metabolism. Do not take over the counter pills containing animal thyroid extract that claim to boost up metabolism. These products may have side effects as diarrhea, increased heart rate, excessive sweating, nervousness, tremors, bulging eyes, etc. How to Improve (Speed up) Metabolism Do not skip any meals Exercise daily Build your muscles Avoid alcohol, sugar, and fastings Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Marriage Tips: Breathe Your Way to a Happier Marriage

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

By Nancy Wasson One way to increase your chances of enjoying a happy marriage is to remember to breathe deeply. Are you surprised by this recommendation? Youre probably not the only one. The concept of deep breathing as a valuable tool in creating a satisfying marriage may sound strange at first, but thats because most of us dont give much thought to the subject of breathing. And breathing isnt usually tied in with marital happiness unless someone cracks a joke about the heavy breathing associated with sex. What are the benefits of deep breathing that spouses may want to consider? Heres a partial list: prevents stress from building up, reduces tension that is already there, increases energy level, reduces insomnia and fatigue, reduces general anxiety, helps relaxation process, lowers blood pressure, helps mental alertness, and helps in control of emotions. Just thinkall of these benefits from just adding some breathing awareness and exercises to your day! No, this isnt a magic cure-all that comes with a guarantee. But its free, its easy, it can be done anywhere, it requires no special equipment, and its safeso why not experiment and see for yourself? But whats wrong with the way youre breathing now, you might ask. If youre a typical adult, you probably breathe most of the time using only your chest muscles, which fills only the top part of the lungs with each breath. This doesnt allow you to take in sufficient oxygen or to eliminate sufficient carbon dioxide. Thus, your body becomes oxygen starved, and toxins build up. When youre under stress or feeling anxious, your heart rate goes up as you breathe faster and take shallow breaths. In contrast, when you slow down and breathe deeply instead of taking fast, shallow breaths, your heart doesnt have to work as hard, and you are counteracting the effects of stress, tension, and anxiety. And with that basic understanding, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to connect the dots between deep breathing and feeling better physically and emotionally and how this could affect a marriage relationship. If you feel better physically, are more relaxed, less stressed and tense, are sleeping better, and are less anxious and fatigued, then youre going to be more likely to have the energy and stamina to put more effort into your marriage relationship. Youll also be more likely to be able to control your emotions better and less likely to snap over something minor. And you might be a lot more fun to be around! Remember that old adage to Take a deep breath and count to ten when youre angry? Thats still good advice. When youre irritated, agitated, or angry with your spouse, stop and take several deep breaths before you respond and make things even worse. If you still feel that your anger is escalating, say that you need to take a short break before continuing the conversation. Then, go into another room (if theres no other place to retreat, go into the bathroom) and do several minutes of breathing exercises. Likewise, when youre feeling stressed and tense, stop and do some breathing exercises before the tension builds up and spills over into your marriage relationship. By using breathing awareness and techniques to relieve tension, youll be able to prevent many disagreements and arguments that occur when spouses are stressed. You might even find that remembering to breathe deeply during sex increases your pleasure. Here are some simple breathing exercises you can work into your daily life to help you relax and cope better with stress and relationship challenges: Exercise l: To experience the difference between chest breathing and deep belly breathing, place one hand on your chest and the other hand on your tummy. You will probably notice that the hand on your chest is moving with each breath. Your goal is to reverse this and have the hand on your tummy move instead of the hand on your chest as you inhale and exhale. If its hard to experience this sitting down, you may wish to lie down on the floor where it can be easier to experience belly breathing initially. Just observe your breathing as you take deep breaths and feel your belly rise with each inhalation. Do this for several minutes until your breathing slows down and you begin to feel more relaxed. Exercise 2: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus your attention on the two pauses that occur during the breathing process. The first is just after you inhale (right before you start to exhale) and the second is just after you exhale (right before you inhale again). Dont try to control your breathing; just focus on the two pauses, noticing how the breath pauses slightly each time. Just notice the two slight pauses as you breathe in and out. As you focus your attention on the two pauses, youll find that you are breathing more deeply and are getting more relaxed. Take this mini-stress-relieving break twice a day and allow yourself at least five minutes of peaceful relaxation each time. Exercise 3: Put one hand on your abdomen right below your navel. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose. Imagine that you are blowing up a balloon as your lower abdomen starts filling up with air. Count slowly to 3 as you inhale. Youll notice that your hand is rising as your abdomen fills with air. Pause and count to 2. Then exhale slowly through your nose to a count of 3. Imagine that all of the air is leaving the balloon. Repeat this several times. Exercise 4: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath as you count slowly to 4. Then hold your breath for a count of 4. Next, exhale slowly to a count of 8, making your exhalation twice as long as your inhalation. You may want to put one hand on your abdomen to be sure you are breathing deeply from your belly. Repeat several times. Nancy J. 3G Mobile Telephones - The Hunt for the Killer Application Goes On

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Keith_Longmire]Keith Longmire Read the press in the UK at the moment and you will probably know that the big 3G mobile telephone operators are touting video as the killer application to launch 3G mobile telephones (3G - third generation) onto the market. Aglow with expectations for out national football (soccer) team in this summer’s World Cup it seems that thousands of us are expected to dash out and buy 3G video phones for the event. That may all very well be true. The service providers need to start seeing returns on the enormous payments made to obtain 3G mobile telephone operating licences. It is in their interests to talk up the merits of television over the telephone. Video may well be the killer application for the consumer market. Things are different for businesses. You really can’t see large corporates being too happy at large chunks of their mobile telephony budgets being squandered on the dubious pleasures of following the English football team. As with anything else, large companies need to see the return on investment possibilities before committing to the large scale purchase of 3G telephones. And as much money as there is to be made in the consumer market, the big bucks come from selling to businesses. In the short term businesses may well find the case for 3G telephones rests with more prosaic applications. Simple things like being able to carry a permanently up to date appointments diary in your shirt pocket. A diary that remains up to date with all those appointments your colleagues or assistants make for you while you are out with clients. A diary that gives you the ability to see all your colleagues diaries and schedule appointments for you all at mutually convenient times. Now add in such simple things as being able to see all your contacts details wherever you are. And how about being able to access and work on all your Microsoft Office documents no matter where you are? These are the elements of a killer application for businesses. And they’re available today in the Intelligent Diary. The Intelligent Diary runs on a standard pocket PC smart phone from Imate. It is available now using the GPRS network and supports WLAN, Bluetooth, infrared and triband GSM. Oh, did I mention that you can also get video on it? And it’s a camera, MP3 player… Makes the Blackberry look a bit like a one trick pony doesn’t it? Keith Longmire is director of DiaryPoint. 5 Answers For How to Pick Up Younger Women

Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008

By Scott Patterson So, the years have passed and you are finding that it is increasingly difficult to meet women, especially younger women. Does this sound like you? Well, if meeting and picking up younger women is what you want, listen closely. It is not too late, but your approach to meeting women must be tailored according to their age group and this is especially true for younger women (ages 18-24). Many men mistakenly believe that the same routines and dating techniques can be used on any woman regardless of age, but this is not true. As you should do for meeting any woman, create a plan of attack unique to this desired category of women. I have provided some answers to some common questions below. These tips are geared towards meeting younger women at their place of employment, though many can be used outside of the workplace setting. Lets get started What is the best place to meet younger women? Yes, knowing where to meet younger women is very important. Unlike women in older age groups, the best place to meet younger women is at their job. Coffee shops, popular bookstores, retail stores and bars or clubs catering to the younger crowd frequently hire younger women. You will find, too, that many of these places not only hire younger women but also attract a younger clientele both of which work to your advantage. With a good routine, you will be on your way to getting their number and/or securing a date. If you want to pick up younger women, you have to go where they are! How should I Act Once Im there? Here are two tips be respectful and mature. Are you surprised? A lot of dating advice suggests that men take on a cocky/funny approach or act like they really do not care, among others. Like I said, you must tailor your approach to this specific age group. Let me explain why. In spite of their age, younger women want to be treated with respect. At this age they want to exert their independence as they may be freshly on their own. Do not treat her like a young girl but rather like the adult she is trying to be. Dont take this advice too literally, though, as you do not need to have a deep, intellectual conversation with her in an attempt to fit the type she may want. The universal dating tip of avoiding interview type questions should also be adhered to under these circumstances as well. My advice while talking to her at work is to keep the conversation light and fun. Talk about things that will slowly allow her to reveal more of herself. Remember, at the beginning you are simply a customer and a stranger but in time, she will become more comfortable talking to you. You are probably one of the first men to treat her with respect which means she will likely develop an attraction to you at some point. In addition to being respectful, you must also be mature. Because younger women generally desire to be treated as an adult, your demeanor is equally important as how you treat her. They do not want to be treated like they are young girls nor do they want to date a man who acts like an immature boy. They are attracted to men who act similar to how they want to be perceived. If she seeks to transform into a mature adult, she will be far more attracted to someone who matches her objective. Think about it: Why would a young woman who wants to be viewed as a mature adult settle for an immature boy? Finally, do not disregard some of the important traits to show when interacting with her. Carry yourself with confidence. Do not try to impress her with your money, car or flashy clothes. This may grab her attention initially, but she probably sees a lot of that. Focus on how you treat her and try to build a strong rapport instead. This will result in a much greater payoff in the end. When should I ask her out? Don’t try to ask her out during your first conversation. Trying to pick her up immediately will probably turn her off a bit and she may categorize you with all the other guys who ask her out at work. Rather, visit her workplace for a couple weeks and try initiating a conversation each time. Always be that fun guy to be around and work on getting to the point in which she, basically, looks forward to your visit. How do I ask her out? Before asking her out, be sure you have developed a good casual friendship with her first. Once this friendship is formed, it is time to secure the date. The trick is to not necessarily ask her out. Structure it so that she does not have the option of turning you down. For example, try something like We should get a bite to eat sometime. Let me have your number. An added bonus to structuring it like this is that you appear more confident, which makes you even more attractive to women. Ive got the date. Now What? Congratulations! However, there is good news and bad news at this point. The good news is that she is going on a date with you so there is likely some attraction there or, despite the latter paragraph, she would have found some way to get out of the date at the last minute. The bad news is that you are not in the clear yet. You still have some work to do. During the date, try to keep the atmosphere lighthearted and fun yet be sure to mix in some of your seduction techniques. If you apply these seduction skills properly and maintain a good atmosphere, you will more quickly be in a position to make your move and try to increase the physical side of the date. Remember, you cannot pick up younger women the same way younger men do. You must accept this truth and alter your approach accordingly. Picking up younger women is not a terribly difficult task, but it does require close attention to the needs of women in this age group and respond to her in a way that gives the impression that you can be that person. With the right routine and tips above, you should more easily be able to attract and date younger women successfully. Dont limit your dating options simply because of your age. RV Refinancing-Saving Money on Your RV the Easy Way

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Julie_Jacobs]Julie Jacobs Why do people do RV refinancing? There are many reasons-they may want to take care of lower interest rates, lower their monthly payments, or lengthen their financing terms. No matter what the reason for your RV refinancing there are some definite advantages of taking this approach for some RV owners. But, before you jump into RV refinancing you should always weigh your options very carefully. One of the first things that you should ask yourself is Do I have good credit? If you have not looked at your credit report in over a year, you may want to check it before you start the RV refinancing process. Your potential lenders will be looking at your credit report and you should know if there are any errors on it or things that you were unaware of. You can get a free credit report easily by going to annualcreditreport.com. If it has errors make sure that you get them corrected before you apply for RV refinancing. Any RV owner who has been making timely payments on their RV and other financial obligations will probably have nothing to worry about but it is good to be sure. If you have ever applied for a loan, you will be familiar with the process of applying for your RV refinancing. But, there are a few differences in RV refinancing that you might want to make note of. Sometimes the lender will want to inspect the RV before refinancing it to ensure that it is in good working condition without undue wear and tear. Most lenders also require that you have at least a $40,000 payoff amount when you get a refinance. You cannot refinance for more than you owe-unlike some home mortgage refinancing products. The RV must also be in your name in order for you to get it refinanced. There are several ways to save with a refinance. If you lengthen out the financing terms, your payments will be smaller, but you should make sure that you dont end up paying a lot more in interest. If you lower your interest rate, you can always continue to pay your old payment amount and shorten the life of your loan. Or, you can just have a lower payment each month.
